Charged for an extra driver after hire was already paid for. Charged for cleaning the vehicle.The vehicle was the same standard on pick up. The Vehicle was filthy on pick up and had no water in the windscreen wash vessel. This cheap hire cost us more than a premium company. Remember. - Buyer be aware!!!! DON'T use this company. Please don't. Believe me you are going to get stung if you do.

Strongly caution against using this company. They are crooks. They charged us for a scratch that we definitely didn’t cause (we literally drove from the airport and back) that we suspect they knew about already and were doing it as a scam.

Selected car was not available, so was given different one. It was an EV, so we had some challenges adapting our holiday around charging the vehicle.

Utterly appalling. Accused us of damaging the car even though we had a photo showing the scratch was already there when we picked up the car. Operative would not give his name when asked. We are just awaiting for their contact - despite having complained nearly a week ago.

Took over an hour to do paperwork on arrival. Car not properly checked. Extra seat in boot(7 seater) did not lie flat, windscreen wash was empty and car electronics were a bit erractic.

Gave us a car with damage to it - then charged us for the damage despite us having photo evidence (when we collected car) that it was already damaged. Do not use this company.

Good car collection, not too big a wait. Car was OK, not very clean when collected, and got auto when requested a manual, but was newish car and no issues with it. Met on return had to clarify that fuel gauge never did show full..but that was resolved ok.

Bent over backwards to find a tiny new scratch in the plastic back bumper. So small it cannot be seen in theory photos. Charged me 70 euros. Then stopped looking for more, keft half the car completely uninspected. Clearly just aiming to milk a small amount out of anyone not taking their own excess insurance.

When collecting the car, we were given keys at the airport desk and directions to car lot, which had many hire operators but little organisation. We found our car, loaded up and left. Upon return we were met in same large gar park by a young lady who had Superman vision and spotted a "scratch" on the underside of the rear panel. Well, even with my reading glasses on I could not see it. Nor could I see it when I enlarged the 6 pictures that I took. Needless to say it was NOT there before we left [who knows] so I had to shoulder the responsibility and cost for "repairs". BUT I was told repairs would not be executed. Lots of correspondence to supplier and rental bodies but they had my CC so I paid. And investigation on net at home showed it was a regular occurrence. I should have checked them out before hiring. Lesson learned.
