Had an issue with calling them to inform them of a delay in our flight (they didn't answer the phone). When we did land we found no one waiting for us in arrivals. After multiple attempts to call them it was only sheer luck someone answered. They said that they normally close at 10pm but tonight there were waiting for another client. What car hire vendor servicing the airport closes and is willing to abandon people who have had a delayed flight? Luckily we got the car we booked but it was only down to luck we did. I would only book if it was certain your flight wouldn't arrive later than 10pm! Otherwise choose a vendor you can rely on to watch out for your flight number you provided and pick you up irrespective of whether you are on time or delayed.
