I made my booking through ‘do you Spain’ which was an easy transaction and by far the best bit of the process. On arrival at Malaga the ok mobility desk is in the main foyer with the other providers but service was very slow and felt pressurised to purchase the ‘added extras’ but was happy with my decision to purchase bolt on insurance from ‘reduce my excess’. Once I’d eventually found the car which is right at the bottom (level 2-) I found the key collection desk and was basically just handed the key to the car and its location. No further ‘Hand over’ was issued and no accountability for the existing damage to the vehicle. The ‘signed paperwork’ from the initial desk which I had never signed as it was emailed never acco7nted fort any of the existing damage. I therefore took very detailed photos and a video of the car prior to departure. MAKE SURE you do the same. On arrival back at the terminal following the hire period the ‘Vehicle Checks’ are far more thorough with a penlight torch used to assess even minor damage which I was questioned on. Fortunately I evidenced the photos taken at which point the member of staff said ‘ok’ without even looking at the relevant photo being questioned. Thank goodness I’d taken my own detailed photos otherwise I feel I would have without doubt been penalised for pre-existing damage to the car which had not been highlighted at the start of the rental period by the hire company. I would be wary of using the hire company again or in the very least ensure I had purchased full insurance in advance and documented every single minor scratch to ensure peace of mind.

Their basic rate without CDW was most competitive, if you have your own excess cover. Car provided was clean and mechanically sound. Pickup and drop off were both quick. The staff were very efficient, and spoke good English.

The car they provided at the end of the day was, however, upgraded which was much appreciated.

Unfortunately I didn't have the pin for my credit card and so had to buy their excess, 240 euros. No option to pay deposit by debit card, or cash. Still,my fault.

— Trudy • Alicante, Spain • July 9, 2025The only place in Bordeaux I could hire a car was the airport, there's nothing in the city centre. The company are situated at the end of the rental area. The cost of their full protection was significant which we did not take. There was a 50 euro charge to drop the car at 6pm rather than 2pm, and we took the no refill option, for 80 euro we could use the full tank and not refill it. Drop off was straightforward, other than they thought we hadn't paid for the late drop off to which we showed we had made the payment on our bank statement. Overall a reasonable and friendly service but better value for money wouldn't go amiss.

They gave me keys and wrote down a bay number the car was in after a 15 minute walk to the bay I opened boot and put my case in and closed boot to find key didn’t fit car. So I had my case in a car I couldn’t get out and keys for a car that wasn’t the right one. After a further 45 minutes my wife finally found one and we got our case and went on our way. Never again would I use OK
