The price of this insurance is way below what the car hire companies charge for a similar service. It is easy to set up and available online. Should you decide, unexpectedly, to hire a car, while on holiday, you can arrange instant cover. They are always my ‘go to’ company for CDW insurance.

I had to choose between buying their policy at 80 Euros or paying a deposit of 750 Euros (and losing at least half of that in the event of any damage). So I paid for insurance twice.
— JW • March 8, 2020Arrived at the airport thinking that having a counter in the airport meant they were in the airport, wrong! The counter operated by another company only informs you were the shuttle bus collects you. There you were expected to load your cases in the boot and unload at the hire location approx 5km away. The wait was painful as short staffed. My mistake! Make sure you have a credit card or you’re forced to pay their excess insurance, in this case £62. Keys given with no inspection or introduction to the vehicle. Btw the full to full didn’t excise! They marked as 2/8 which to them means quarter full, however the gauge showed just under 1/2, bonus! I don’t think so. The vehicle hadn’t been valeted since the last hirer! It wasn’t dirty just dusty and inside windows hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The return was smoother other than having to use the shuttle bus. It maybe a little over critical but advertising better prices shouldn’t compromise service and standards.
— Cideki • February 13, 2020Hard sell given to purchase the zero insurance policy by company which would have cost €59 less than a lot but still much more thank the £19 I paid with reduce my excess. They took a €300 deposit from me which I am still waiting on being refunded. Make sure you take extensive photos of the car before and after the hire period. I would not trust them. The car itself was a great little Renault Clio no complaints about it all.

— Holty • March 15, 2019The car was fine, if a little old with a lot of miles on the clock. The only minor problem was their office is away from the airport and place you pick the mini bus from doesn’t have a sign saying that you are in the correct place.

— Tippy • November 6, 2017Cars are poorly maintained. Rejected 1st vehicle as tyres were bald. Second vehicle had excessive steering play. Customer service - diabolical!
