During the last couple of years I've hired several 9 seaters from Parkhurst, Kingston-upon-Thames, to take groups of hikers and mountain walkers from London to remote parts of the UK. Telephone is always answered promptly. They respond quickly to emails. Prices are competitive without any hidden surprises and, sometimes, negotiable for regular clients. The cars are always immediately available at the appointed pick-up time. They are clean, undamaged with, invariably, less than 15,000 miles on the clock. Upon return and inspection, there's no nit-picking for excess charges. I've never been asked to pay extra. What more could you want from an efficient car hire company?
