Rhodium
I failed to spot hidden in the small print that Goldcar is the “ service provider” for Rhodium. Don’t be fooled. Customer service was dreadful, eg totally unhelpful about fitting the child seat we’d reserved. Attempted to bully us into buying various hugely expensive insurance packages initially refusing to accept the validity of our own cover incl. documentation from ReducemyExcess. We await return of the 1000 euro taken because we were not willing to pay for the rip off add on insurance deals. Also took a deposit for fuel on a full to full deal and have yet to return it despite our returning the vehicle with a full tank. Took 30 euros for cleaning without telling us for what at most would be a 2 minute vacuuming job. We were aware that Goldcar is a disgrace, Rhodium is just the same.

They were lying. The Spanish documentation showed extra unnecessary insurance added at over €200. They refused to refund.
