Easy desk check in. Car was about 200 yards from terminal building. Car did not have suitable wheel / tyre size for the island driving. Too low profile for curbs / narrow roads. Would have been sensible to have larger profile tyres and remove the need to charge for rim repairs.
Good location to pick up/drop off car. No issues with collection or drop off. Staff were amenable and efficient.
Friendly staff, easy pickup and drop off. Put the keys in the drop off letter box but within the hour I had the return form emailed to me.

I love renting from Sixt. Though it'll never compete with the super cheap options, the service, upgrades, ease of process and quality of cars are consistently excellent.
1) are attempting to claim for damage I did not cause (seems to be a common issue with this company on reading reviews) 2) have charged me an admin fee for a "traffic violation" with no further evidence provided
