An excellent service all around. A very reasonable price for extra reassurance when hiring a car abroad. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family
Because of the time we arrived at the airport we were taken to the Solmar compound to pick up the car. The agent was not at all welcoming and did not speak to me until we were sorting the details out for the car hire. He could speak very little English and would not let me have the keys to the car until I took out the insurance waiver with him even after I had told him I had my insurance waiver through reducemyexcess. I ended paying over 150 euros because I had three children with me who were very tired to say the least. I will definitely not be using Solmar again.
service very poor thought it was a language problem at first.After I paid for the out of hours charge and the full tank and there insurance he knew everything I was saying big con.
This company were most unhelpful and I would advise everyone to avoid them and use a different car hire company.
All the staff seem to do is want you to take there extra insurance,they make all sorts of threats if you dont take it. We suggest you take a video f your hire car on collection as they will go over it with a fine toothcomb when you return it if you dont have the exrra insurance
Pushy rude staff, car provided was not what we ordered, old large Fiat which looked like one of the employees cars. Would never ever use them again!
