Really satisfied with the overall experience. No pressure to buy Top Car excess waiver and clearly explained that if not purchased they would take a deposit. Happy for me to to take photos of vehicle before departing to identify existing minor marks. Vehicle itself was in line with what we ordered, was immediately available and we had no problems. Return was equally efficient. The deposit was fully refunded to my credit card within 48hours. Would definitely use again.
