We were 15 minutes late to the pick up point, which they had left by that point. Meaning we had to catch an Uber to where they keep the cars. The guys are very lazy when checking the car for scratches, so you need to be vigilant yourself. I was able to find several scratches and other issues after looking myself. When returning the car we had to pay extra for a early drop off. which the man was not ready when we arrived, they also tried to charge us twice for it. They didn't explain how the toll system worked, but they made me sign to say they explained how the system works before they would return my £1970 deposit. All in all terrible experience.
