My number of my flight from London to Vienna changed by one digit (from VK4053 to VK6050) after I had booked the vehicle and I didn't notify the rental company about that, simply because I forgot that I had given them the flight number at the time of booking. My flight had an hour delay and since the flight number was not exactly the same they didn't wait for me and was left without a car late night. I booked a hotel and when I came for the car the next Morning I was shocked to find out that my car had already been given out to someone else and they didn't have any other car left. To be fair, eventually they "managed" to find a car for us at the same price but they did it as if they were doing a favour. All of this shows me complete lack of professionalism on their end and I would not recommend this rental company to anybody nor would I use them again. They should be aware of flights and their numbers, it's not so difficult to figure out that it's Vueling coming from London. Also they should not give out cars straight away the next Morning, they should wait at least a few hours, totally unacceptable.
