The booking process was easy, so was the car collection (Meet & greet at the airport) and return. They accepted my separate excess cover without a problem and weren't trying to sell me things I didn't need. There is a payment I am questioning however taken at the beginning of the booking process (10%) that was not deducted from the overall price.
